Hello, hello, hello!  Long time no see peoples!  I swore I was going to better about both actually DRAWING and about updating this journal.  But, alas, I have never been good about keeping those sorts of goals. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I somehow managed to survive the absolute worst, most hellish and painful semester of my entire existence.  I'm honestly not entirely sure how I managed to do that.  I think the extension one of my professors allowed me, and the help my mother gave me on a couple of my PhD applications are probably the only reason I am not dead right now.  Even with the extension,I barely finished my last final in time.  Even with my mother's help, I barely got the next couple PhD apps postmarked in time.  And then I had to make a made dash to finish my grading in time (and I had several students who tried to turn in their final pa

So, I have many many other more important things I should be doing right now.  But when I saw the notice that Devart was letting non-subscription members use the journal skins, I couldn't resist.  So I find this one.  And its so me I just had to have it. Grad school, for anyone who's actually interested (and I could probably count those people on one hand - maybe two or three fingers...), is utter hell.  Okay, not UTTER hell.  There are parts of it I like, parts I find interesting academically, philosophically, so on.  But at this point, I'm just about ready to throw the towel in and call it a day.  (Gotta love all these cliche little phrase
